Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of RoundTrip, operated by Traxs Group LLC. By using RoundTrip, you agree to this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Permitted Use

RoundTrip is a field service management platform intended for use by legitimate trades businesses — including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, landscaping, and general maintenance businesses — to manage their service operations.

You may use RoundTrip to:

• Manage service tickets, dispatching, and technician scheduling
• Track and manage your parts inventory
• Manage client information and service history
• Generate and send invoices to your clients
• Manage your team members and their access
• View reports and business performance data

Prohibited Use

You must not use RoundTrip to:

Illegal Activities

• Conduct or facilitate any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Store or transmit any content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent billing or misrepresentation to your clients

System Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the RoundTrip system or infrastructure
• Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security testing without prior written permission
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service in ways that exceed normal usage patterns
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from RoundTrip

Data Misuse

• Use client data entered into RoundTrip for any purpose other than your legitimate business operations
• Share account access with individuals outside your organization
• Resell or sublicense access to RoundTrip to third parties

Harmful Content

• Store or transmit any content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Upload content that contains personal data of individuals without their consent

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

• Using strong passwords and not sharing credentials
• Promptly removing access for team members who leave your organization
• Reporting any suspected security incidents to hello@traxsgroup.com immediately

Fair Use

RoundTrip plans are designed for typical field service business usage. We reserve the right to contact customers whose usage significantly exceeds normal patterns for their plan tier to discuss appropriate solutions.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. If we determine a violation has occurred, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account
• Report the activity to law enforcement where required

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking action, except in cases where immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.
