Terms of Service | RoundTrip

These Terms of Service govern your use of RoundTrip, operated by Traxs Group LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using RoundTrip, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

RoundTrip is a field service management platform that allows trades businesses to manage dispatch, technicians, inventory, clients, and invoicing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Your Account

To use RoundTrip you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring that all users in your account comply with these terms
Providing accurate and complete information

You must notify us immediately at hello@traxsgroup.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

RoundTrip is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service. We reserve the right to modify or end free trial offers at any time.

Billing

Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RoundTrip only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into RoundTrip ("Customer Data"). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your Customer Data solely to provide the service to you.

We do not sell your Customer Data to third parties. We do not use your Customer Data for any purpose other than providing and improving the RoundTrip service.

Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your Customer Data. After a retention period following cancellation, your data will be deleted from our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

RoundTrip and all associated software, content, and materials are the property of Traxs Group LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the service beyond the limited license to use it as described here.

7. Availability and Uptime

We strive to keep RoundTrip available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traxs Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use RoundTrip.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RoundTrip is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the application. Your continued use of RoundTrip after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
